Requirements for Entertainer Visa No. 3

Entertainer Visa No. 3 differs from Entertainer Visa No. 1 and No. 2 in that it regulates entertainment activities that are not conducted in the form of performances.

Similar to Entertainer Visa No. 2, one of the conditions is that the compensation must be equal to or greater than the amount received by a Japanese national performing the same activity.

This means that the salary or compensation must be at least equivalent to that of a Japanese person engaged in a similar activity.

Additionally, like Entertainer Visa No. 2, there is no requirement for the inviting organization to have a track record of invitations, nor for the foreign individual to have prior experience in entertainment activities.
